PM Shehbaz Stresses Export-Led Growth, Seeks Business Input
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif convened with Pakistan's business community to gather recommendations for boosting export-led growth, calling it the only meaningful path to economic progress. He highlighted ongoing structural reforms and the government's commitment to achieving sustainable growth of at least 6%, supported by private sector and export-driven initiatives. وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نے ملک میں برآمدات پر مبنی ترقی کے حصول کے لیے صنعتی اور کاروباری برادری سے سفارشات طلب کیں۔ انہوں نے زور دیا کہ ملک کی ترقی کو برآمدات پر مبنی ہونا چاہیے اور حکومت 6 فیصد پائیدار اقتصادی ترقی کے ہدف کے حصول کے لیے پرعزم ہے۔ اس میں نجی شعبے اور برآمدات سے چلنے والی ترقی شامل ہے، جس میں ایس ایم ایز کے لیے نئی برآمدی بیمہ کی سہولت بھی شامل ہے۔ طویل مدتی اقتصادی استحکام اور برآمدات میں اضافے پر یہ توجہ بالواسطہ طور پر پاکستانی روپے کو سہارا دے سکتی ہے، لیکن اس کا سونے یا کرنسی کی شرح پر فوری، براہ راست اثر ہونے کا امکان نہیں۔
