China Boosts 2026 Low-Sulfur Fuel Oil Export Quotas

China recently released its third round of 2026 export quotas for low-sulfur marine fuel oil, adding 1.07 million metric tons. This brings the total quota volume for 2026 to just over 14 million tons, a slight increase from the previous year. CNPC received 800,000 tons, CNOOC 230,000 tons, and Sinochem 40,000 tons in this latest allocation.
