Impact on Gold Gold Price Drops Rs500 Per Tola in Pakistan Amid International Losses
Pakistan's gold market saw a Rs500 per tola drop on Saturday, with the price settling at Rs459,936, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). Similarly, 10-gram gold decreased by Rs429 to Rs394,320. This decline followed a $5 fall in the international gold rate, which reached $4,375 per ounce (including a $20 premium). Silver also saw a Rs13 reduction, trading at Rs6,949 per tola. Continued international market volatility could influence further short-term price adjustments in the local gold and silver markets.
