Finance Minister Aurangzeb Awarded Nishan-i-Imtiaz for Economic Reforms
Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb has been conferred the Nishan-i-Imtiaz, Pakistan’s highest civilian award, for his distinguished public service. The award recognizes his leadership and contribution to Pakistan’s economic reform journey, including efforts to strengthen macroeconomic stability and restore confidence. Announced on Independence Day 2026, the investiture ceremony is set for Pakistan Day 2027. This recognition of economic stability efforts may subtly reinforce positive sentiment for the Pakistani Rupee in the medium term.

وفاقی وزیر خزانہ و محصولات سینیٹر محمد اورنگزیب کو ان کی نمایاں عوامی خدمات پر پاکستان کے سب سے بڑے سول ایوارڈ، نشانِ امتیاز سے نوازا گیا ہے۔ یہ ایوارڈ پاکستان کے اقتصادی اصلاحاتی سفر میں ان کی قیادت اور شراکت، بشمول میکرو اکنامک استحکام کو مضبوط بنانے اور اعتماد بحال کرنے کی کوششوں کا اعتراف ہے۔ یوم آزادی 2026 کو اس ایوارڈ کا اعلان کیا گیا تھا اور تقسیم کی تقریب یوم پاکستان 2027 کو منعقد ہوگی۔ اقتصادی استحکام کی ان کوششوں کا اعتراف پاکستانی روپے کے لیے درمیانی مدت میں مثبت تاثر کو تقویت دے سکتا ہے۔
