امریکی وزیر دفاع ہیگسیٹھ کی نیتن یاہو سے ملاقات، مشرق وسطیٰ میں کشیدگی

US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth made an unannounced visit to Israel on Monday, meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Axios reported. The visit comes a day after former US President Donald Trump endorsed Netanyahu for Israel's upcoming parliamentary election. The Middle East remains in turmoil following the October 7 Hamas attack and Israel's subsequent war in Gaza. Heightened geopolitical tensions in the Middle East could support safe-haven demand for gold and potentially impact crude oil prices, influencing Pakistan's import bill and local gold/currency rates.
