Impact on Gold Gold per Tola Jumps Rs13,700 in Pakistan on International Market Gains
Gold per tola in Pakistan rose by Rs13,700 to Rs471,936 on Thursday, mirroring a $137 increase in the international market, which reached $4,495 per ounce. Similarly, 10-gram gold climbed Rs11,746 to Rs303,609, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). Silver also saw a gain of Rs369, reaching Rs7,169 per tola. This upward momentum suggests continued volatility in local gold prices, influenced heavily by global precious metal movements and the USD/PKR rate.
