Govt Adjusts Fuel Prices: Petrol Down Re0.66, Diesel Up Re0.52
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) announced a minor adjustment in fuel prices, cutting petrol by Re0.66 to Rs398.30 and raising high-speed diesel by Re0.52 to Rs396.24 per litre, effective October 10-12, 2026. آئل اینڈ گیس ریگولیٹری اتھارٹی (اوگرا) نے 10 سے 12 اکتوبر 2026 تک پیٹرول کی قیمت میں 66 پیسے کمی کر کے 398.30 روپے اور ہائی سپیڈ ڈیزل کی قیمت میں 52 پیسے اضافہ کر کے 396.24 روپے فی لیٹر کرنے کا اعلان کیا۔ یہ نظرثانی عالمی مارکیٹ میں ہونے والی تبدیلیوں کی وجہ سے کی گئی ہے اور یہ 9 اکتوبر کو ہونے والے پچھلے اضافے کے بعد ہوئی ہے۔ اس طرح کی معمولی ایڈجسٹمنٹ کا عام طور پر ڈالر/روپے کی شرح تبادلہ یا مقامی سونے کی قیمتوں پر براہ راست محدود اثر ہوتا ہے۔
