SBP Foreign Exchange Reserves Rise by $19 Million to $21.488 Billion
The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) saw its foreign exchange reserves increase by $19 million, bringing the total to $21.488 billion for the week ending October 16. The country's total liquid foreign reserves, including those held by commercial banks, stood at $26.833 billion. اسٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان (SBP) کے زرمبادلہ کے ذخائر 16 اکتوبر کو ختم ہونے والے ہفتے میں 19 ملین ڈالر کے اضافے کے بعد 21.488 ارب ڈالر تک پہنچ گئے۔ ملک کے کُل مائع غیر ملکی ذخائر، بشمول کمرشل بینکوں کے پاس موجود، 26.833 ارب ڈالر رہے۔ ذخائر میں یہ معمولی اضافہ پاکستان کی معاشی استحکام کے لیے ایک مثبت اشارہ ہے اور ممکنہ طور پر موجودہ USD/PKR شرح مبادلہ کو مستحکم رکھنے میں مددگار ہو سکتا ہے۔
