Govt Tweaks Fuel Prices: Diesel Up Re0.54, Petrol Down Re0.94
The federal government revised petroleum product prices for August 13, raising High Speed Diesel (HSD) by Re0.54 to Rs382.79 per litre and decreasing Motor Spirit (petrol) by Re0.94 to Rs324.98 per litre. These adjustments, made by OGRA under the government's pricing mechanism, reflect international oil markets and cost factors. Such minor domestic fuel price changes are unlikely to significantly influence gold or currency rates in Pakistan.

وفاقی حکومت نے 13 اگست کے لیے ہائی سپیڈ ڈیزل (HSD) کی قیمت میں 0.54 روپے فی لیٹر کا اضافہ کر کے اسے 382.79 روپے کر دیا ہے، جبکہ موٹر سپرٹ (پیٹرول) کی قیمت میں 0.94 روپے فی لیٹر کی کمی کر کے اسے 324.98 روپے کر دیا ہے۔ یہ ایڈجسٹمنٹ اوگرا نے حکومت کے قیمتوں کے میکانزم کے تحت کی ہے اور بین الاقوامی تیل منڈیوں اور دیگر لاگت کے عوامل کی عکاسی کرتی ہے۔ پیٹرولیم مصنوعات کی یہ معمولی گھریلو قیمتوں میں تبدیلی پاکستان میں سونے یا کرنسی کی شرح پر نمایاں اثر انداز ہونے کا امکان نہیں ہے۔
