Norway's Oil Output Rebounds, Exceeds Forecasts

Norway's crude oil production reached 1.882 million barrels per day in August, exceeding the Norwegian Offshore Directorate's forecast. Total liquids output, including natural gas liquids and condensate, averaged 2.073 million barrels per day, marking a 4.9% increase from July. Despite the monthly recovery, output remains below the level recorded during the same month last year. This rebound in supply could temper crude oil price increases, indirectly influencing Pakistan's import bill and broader inflation outlook.
