Govt Cuts Petrol by Rs2.27, Diesel by Rs3.56 Per Litre
The Petroleum Division announced cuts in petrol from Rs391.30 to Rs389.03 and HSD from Rs408.53 to Rs404.97 per litre, effective September 29, 2026. This revision, necessitated by global developments in Platts rates and premiums, aims to reflect international price changes. پیٹرولیم ڈویژن کے مطابق، پیٹرول کی قیمت 391.30 روپے سے کم ہو کر 389.03 روپے اور ہائی اسپیڈ ڈیزل کی قیمت 408.53 روپے سے کم ہو کر 404.97 روپے فی لیٹر ہو گئی ہے، جو 29 ستمبر 2026 سے نافذ العمل ہے۔ یہ نظرثانی عالمی منڈی میں پلاٹس ریٹس اور پریمیم میں تبدیلیوں کی وجہ سے کی گئی ہے۔ ایندھن کی قیمتوں میں یہ کمی مہنگائی کے دباؤ کو معمولی حد تک کم کر سکتی ہے، جس کا روپے کی قدر پر کچھ اثر پڑ سکتا ہے۔
