Impact on Gold US Rate Hike Hopes Trimmed, Oil Eases; Gold May Find Support
Indian shares are set to open higher as crude oil prices ease due to recovering Middle East exports, despite ongoing US-Iran tensions. US 2-year Treasury yields also fell after a Federal Reserve official suggested the central bank has time to assess data before further rate hikes, leading traders to trim October hike expectations. This reduced hawkish sentiment from the Fed, combined with easing oil prices, could weaken the US dollar and make gold more attractive for Pakistani investors.
